Rescue Story

We have been placed in a world that is full of obstacles that we are challenged to overcome. Sometimes, even with the best intentions, those obstacles can seduce and manipulate us in the wrong direction. Often, we know all too well how dangerous it can be to pursue a path that leads into darkness; however, the enemy is the master of temptation. There are times when it seems almost impossible to turn and go the other way.

“The Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation.” 2 Peter 2:9

Jesus is Ready

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, stands ready with a life-line to pull us to shore whenever we get in too deep. There are dark powers in this world that blind the unprotected and prevent them from seeing the truth. Reaching out for the hand of Jesus provides complete protection and total resolution of our past mistakes.

“For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:13-14

Follow Jesus

Jesus guides His followers to safety and provides all that is needed to travel on to eternal glory. Everyone has the opportunity to be rescued by Jesus. Everyone has the opportunity to live forever in the kingdom of God. Praise God for sending His Son! When we place our faith in Him, all of our past mistakes are forgiven and our future is made whole and complete.

“The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:18

Jesus is the rescue story of millions of believers. Even in the darkest times, Jesus is there reaching out to pull you in. Jesus will never give up on you. His soul purpose is to wrap his arms around you and call you a child of God.
