Our God is Great!

Our God is the Creator of all things. He is therefore far superior to all things. He cannot be confined to time and space. He is infinite. Our God is the essence of greatness. No means of measure can define His limitless love. Our God is great!

“For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome.” Deuteronomy 10:17 (NIV)

Our God has provided for us a Savior to take away our sins. Through faith in His Son Jesus Christ, we have an open invitation to eternity in heaven with our God. Our God is great because he allows us to find our own way. He opens the door and waits for us to walk through it. The commands of our God are provided to guide and protect us. Our God is great because He is able to intimately know each and every one of us. His level of understanding is incomprehensible.

“How great is God—beyond our understanding!” Job 36:26 (NIV)

Our God is molding us into beings worthy to share all eternity with Him. Our God is great because he is willing and able to nurture each of us as unique individuals. Our God will reward those who are faithful and destroy all that is evil. In time, we will marvel at the return of His Son Jesus Christ and take our place in His eternal kingdom.

Our God is Great and Everlasting

Our God has patience beyond measure. He allows us the time needed to mature. He forgives our many stumbles. He provides us with guidance through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Our God walks with us in times of trouble and gives us the strength to overcome. There is none like Him. Our God is great!
